Exchange, Return and Refund

RETURN:


  • Before requesting a return, please inquire about the shipping fee costs, as the price includes the shipping fee which is non-refundable. When returning the product, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Make sure the returning item is no install, no used condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If you decide to return your purchase because it is no longer needed or wanted, please note that a 15% restocking fee of the product price will apply. Please be aware that the product price will be adjusted to exclude the shipping fee. Additionally, please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item and that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Some parts are not legal for street use and/or may void manufactures warry. Inspect contents before installation as ELITE ONLINE is NOT liable for labor charges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special order items, opened products and custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
