Processing Time:
We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
Promotion: Free Shipping in Canada but exclusive Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon

Tracking your order:
 
All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. If it's more than 48 hours, we will 
contact with you for more detail's information.

Lost / Stolen package:
  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your package got lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at info@eliteonlinecanada.com We will deal with the issue immediately.
  • If the order does not make it to the destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier.
  • If you have entered the wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.
